How many belts are in Tang Soo Do.

There are 10 color belt ranks follow by a Blue Belt (also known as black belt candidate). There are nine levels of black belt. Tang Soo Do stops at nine, as the theory is 10 in scoring generally means perfection and as student of Martial Arts, we will constantly look for improvements.
What is Tang Soo Do?

Tang Soo Do is a classic Korean Martial Art that can be traced back approximately 2000yrs.
What will my first class be like.

Your will be partnered up with an instructor or a senior student. They will work with you on some basic calisthenics and stretching. Afterward you will be taught one on one or with another beginner student the very basics of Tang Soo Do. You will start off slow, but will increase your knowledge with every class.
